As the recognized brand leader in cast petrochemical fittings (for both standard and difficult geometries), WF-Repco offers heavy back-wall and pressure fittings from Ohio, Key and Sivyer for cracking furnace applications. WF-Repco Plug-Style Return Bends Mule Ear – The most universally used fitting for general refinery applications. Includes long-sweeping contoured ear profiles wrapped around the barrel circumference at the ear base. Reduces any possible eccentric loading upon ear sections. Horse Shoe – Rugged design offers proven dependability, safe handling of stress levels and low maintenance costs. Horse-shoe sections are placed back-to-back with a connecting tie-bar. This strengthened top structure is enhanced by use of small plug cleanout openings (available with large plug closures where necessary). Internal or External Hex Nut – Full 360˚ threaded top provides additional strength and is more suitable for use at higher temperatures or pressures than other fittings. Equalizer ring ensures a superior seal in the plug seating. Available with Internal or External Hex Nut designs. WF-Repco u-Bends and Elbows Heavy back-wall thickness on these parts ensures longer life.
