No Bake Sand Molding
Waukesha Foundry using silica and other specialty sands with water based “No Bake” resins delivered through smart pump technology to produce the highest quality sand molds to produce customers complex castings. Phenolic Urethane No Bake (PUNB) uses a catalyzed two-part reaction to produce a urethane bond which cures at room temperature without additions of gas or heat. Using traditional cope and drag patterns, PUNB is ideal for loop system production.
