Waukesha Foundry offers complete in-house non destructive examination and testing with a highly qualified staff of experienced testing inspectors who have SNT-TC-1A / NAS-410-4 Level II. Capabilities include:
- Radiographic inspection with penetrating capabilities up to 24 inches of material thickness
- Digital radiography
- Magnetic Particle Inspection – Wet Fluorescent Method
- Liquid Penetrant Inspection – Type II ( Visible Dye ) Method A ( Water Washable ) & Method C ( Solvent Removable )
- Hydrostatic testing
Chemical and Metallurgical Testing
Our advanced testing facilities are equipped to perform chemical and mechanical properties testing as well as corrosion and metallographic inspections.
