Meet Todd, Sales Manager at Waukesha Foundry.
Todd has been part of Waukesha Foundry for an incredible 35 years, starting as an hourly employee in 1990 and working his way through just about every department before becoming our Sales Manager. Today, he represents four major markets: petrochemical, defense, aerospace, and industrial equipment, while serving as the go-between for customers, engineering, and production.
What Todd enjoys most is building real relationships with customers, grounded in honesty, clear communication, and a deep knowledge of our processes. Over the years, many customers have even become friends. He also finds it especially rewarding to see a project come full circle, from the first quote and design conversations all the way to the shipment of the finished casting.
Outside of work, you will usually find Todd on the golf course, at a sporting event, or catching a good movie or show on TV.
