Meet Jake, Operations Manager at Waukesha Foundry.
Since joining the team in 2014 as a Level 2 Technician in the X-ray Department, Jake has grown through several leadership roles before stepping into his current position in 2021. Today, he leads the production side of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly from initial customer quote through final shipment. One of his proudest accomplishments has been improving on-time delivery while reducing backlog, efforts that strengthened customer trust and contributed to significant business growth.
Jake believes strong relationships are built on honesty, accountability, and consistent communication, and he takes pride in knowing his work supports American manufacturing. Outside of the foundry, you’ll find him golfing, bowling, coaching his daughter’s softball team, or spending time with family and friends. And while he’s spent over a decade in manufacturing, his favorite role is still “coach” both on the field and at work.
