With a career that spans both Canada and the U.S., he’s known for helping mid-sized manufacturing businesses grow smarter, run leaner, and perform better — all while building strong, empowered teams.
At Waukesha Foundry, Steve is focused on driving operational excellence, investing in automation and continuous improvement, and making sure the foundry is ready to meet the demands of today — and the future. He’s big on strategy, even bigger on execution, and always looking for ways to make work more efficient, collaborative, and rewarding for the team.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys staying active, tackling home renovation projects, and spending quality time with family and friends.
